this list seems to me like it would be fun to play and fairly effective. i would love to figure out a way to add a 5th Drop pod (so i can drop 3 on turn 1) however the only way to do that is to include a empty one. i know the Long fangs and Lone wolf seem very out of place but i dissagree as they will both hide on turn 1 unless i get first turn. the wolf scouts will try to use infiltrate and scout to get a turn 1 charge or outflank.

i am confident in my inclusion of 5 melta guns, 4 melta guns, and living Lightining to pop vehicles i think i might have some trouble vs MEQ but im fairly certain that i can use my fairfly large model count (for marines) and my high count of power weapons to take them out.

for protection this list relies on target saturation but i feel thats less armor than even Orks or eldar have.

to sum this all up in my mind-
Pros-
Shock value (oh 40 bolter shots on turn one, fun.......)
reserves enable units to be put where i need them
ALOT of power weapons

cons-
im worried about Long Fangs if my opponent goes first (i dont care about lone wolf he's cheap and doesnt give up kill points)
slow after i drop
wolf scouts will die very fast
Target saturation does not make for very reliable armor

overall i think id do well with this list after glueing pods shut to block LOS and figuring out a way to use the long fangs without them dieing

btw i dont want to drop the long fangs but might if some1 could find a better unit for the points.

also remember then the Rune priest needs a new home as he would chill with the long fangs normally
